Our Speed Agility & Conditioning class will work on drilling specific mechanics for the three main phases of running and change of direction for top end speed, acceleration, and explosive stops and starts multi-directionally. Our program is designed to work through these mechanics and then build upon them each week to increase foot speed, explosiveness, and proper mechanics.
